Rick created Save Our Vet to help Veterans by providing funds to those in need. No backpacks, no hugs, no emotional rhetoric, no events made with the donations while the Veteran in need goes home empty-handed. Simply, donor funds go directly to them.

FAMILY MAN

Dedicated father of three wonderful girls who I won custody of and raised with the help of my amazing mother. She taught Rick resilience and determination. She passed in November 2025.

Rick Erickson

For more than thirty-two years, Rick served our nation in the United States Army, retiring as a Green Beret Sergeant Major. He led teams in both combat and non-combat operations around the world, making life-or-death decisions under pressure. He also worked alongside diplomats, village elders, and local leaders to rebuild communities, restore infrastructure, establish medical facilities, and help bring stability to regions facing extraordinary challenges.

Green Berets are trained not only to fight, but to build trust and strengthen communities. Rick has carried that mission throughout his life, creating lasting impact and leaving people better off than he found them.

That same commitment drives Rick today. He has spent a lifetime serving others, solving problems, and stepping forward when leadership is needed most. He does not walk away from challenges. He meets them with focus, discipline, and purpose.

Now, we have an opportunity to stand with Rick. Your support helps us strengthen communities, support veterans and families, and deliver real, lasting results where they matter most.
